Thank you very much for this conference -- a really well organised event. There were lots of interesting panel sessions; I think today's most important discussions were on the topics of administrative barriers, legislation that does not allow companies to develop, and also of course falling gold prices.
A lot has been said today about gold prices. It's very difficult to make forecasts, but we know one thing: that today's market is stagnating. The largest companies need to control their losses, and constantly search for new ways to develop.
Smaller companies must look for alternative financing, including mergers. From what I gathered from these discussions, the forecast doesn't look the most optimistic.
At the same time, many large gold mining companies are doing the right things, coming to the right decisions, and so we hope that the global situation will allow them to continue to develop, and allow smaller companies to stay in existence.
