Whats up everybody, this is ya boy Kwuam. Third episode of the TEEZY show. And uh this
one is going to be a little bit serious. Because I have to say somethings to some people that
I really need to uhh...hopefully it's going to make a dent. I'm mainly going to be talking
to uh my people, the Black people, black brothers and sisters that might be listening might
watch this video. We all know what's been going down, with the uh...it's all been all
over the news, non stop. Trayvon Martin, trial against George zimmerman. The Defense rested
today and so uh they are going to do some rebuttal deliberations from the prosecution.
And it's not looking good for the prosecution. I have to be honest. And by all intents and
purposes it looks like the prosecution lost the case by the way they presented the case.
And Uh it was kind of an uphill battle to begin with, but um, because of that there
is a strong possibility that George zimmerman is going to be um acquitted. You remember
Johnny Cochran said if you....if it doesnt fit you must acquit. So its kind of the same
situation here with George Zimmerman. But I don't want to address that. How I feel about
the whole Trayvon Martin thing and what went down that night and how it's been handled.
I sort of echo another persons post about it who has another channel. I put his link
in the description section. Check it out, click on it. That's pretty much how I feel
about the whole thing minus the cursing. Most of..I agree with most of what he says. But
what I want to deal with is with Black people is..we need to address our selves. I'm begging
you black people, I'm begging you. If it comes down the pipe that they acquit George Zimmerman,
DO NOT RIOT. Please. There's several reasons why you don't want to do that. The main reason
in my book why you shouldn't do because it makes all black people look stupid. It makes
us look like we are emotional immature animals. And it perpetuates the stereotypes that cause
us to have to keep going through struggles in this country and abroad. It makes us look
really bad. It makes black Americans look bad. We're more mature than that, we're better
than that. If something doesnt go our way, we do not have to throw a fit by rioting and
proving that they are right. That's another reason not to riot is because it would make
you a hypocrite, It would make you a hypocrite to riot. Because just this past weekend alone
the 4th of July weekend. I'm sure you heard the statistics being thrown around. Over 100
black people were killed in Chicago alone by gun fire by black people. Where is the
anger over that, where are the youtube posts about that where are the facebook posts about
that? Sure what happened with Trayvon Martin was tragic and is tragic. And is indicative
of ..that there's..we still have a ways to go with race relations in this country no
matter what anybody wants to tell you. It is much much much better, much better than
where it was but we still have a ways to go. But if your not angry,or up in arms, or about
to riot or throw a chair through someones stained uh you know glassed window.. storefront
window over the 500 plus black kids that were killed in Chicago last year alone..by black
people, than you need to shut up and sit down about the Trayvon martin, I'm sorry ..you
need to. Where is Jesse Jackson when it comes to that. All those kids that are dying. Where
is Al Sharpton? Forget that I'm going to touch on something that's real controversial. What
about all the millions of black babies that are killed yearly, the genocide that's happening
with abortions. That's a whole other subject we'll get on that later. But wheres your outrage
over the black on black crime. Wheres your outrage over the fact that we glorify killing
each other, we glorify poisening each other, we glorify being basically devouring each
and being carnivorous with each other. If someone wants to have an education in the
black community youre seen as being white. So having an education means that your white
now? its ridiculous. Black people you have been played! You're being played. By the powers
that be. Stop being played. You realise they hold the strings like a puppet, move you around
which ever way they wanna move you around. Putting certain things on the TV. Spinning
things. Making everything look like its race oriented. Than you lock , lock in step with
go right in step with what they want you to do. Keeps you held down. Intellectually, emotionally.
It's time we step up black people. It's time we step up. Its time we reach the potential
that our forefathers and our grandfathers and our fathers and mothers and grandmothers
fought for us to reach to. Things are not all the way better all the way great but they
are way better than they used to be. You rioting and getting mad and flipping over tables and
cursing out white people all this because if George Zimmerman walks is is indicative
of hypocrisy to the highest. Until you get mad over us killing each other, until you
get mad over the glorification of uh thug life, until you get mad over the glorification
of drug use under the guise of "I'm just keeping it real", naw your not keeping it real you're
poisnening us bruh. Until you get mad about our sisters uh being defined by how big their
body parts are. How nasty they can be. Dont say not one word about Trayvon martin. Not
one word. Cause you look like and sound like an idiot. The rest of the world is looking
at us. I'm not calling you an idiot. I'm just saying you are look and sound like one. Your'e
so much bigger and better than that. So please black people cut the strings of the puppet
master. Come back to your first love. Know who you are. Don't be ruled by emotion and
by anger. Overcome anger and evil with Good. You got it in you to do it. We are one of
the most powerful races on the planet and we're asleep. You're kings and queens and
your living like paupers. So if it goes south or if it goes the way it looks like its gonna
go, take the high road please. Disprove the stereotypes they want us say we are. Alright.
And to my white brothers and sisters, and Asians and Hispanics you know,...understand
that this could happen in your backyard as well..and that um the squeeky wheel always
gets the grease. But there are a large majority of us black people that are doing what is
right. Going to college, loving our families, sticking with our families
and we are not the stereotype.
