This is Dan at Painted Temple Tattoo in Provo Utah. Talking about tattoo removal. As far
a I know the only really safe and effective way to get rid of a tattoo. That you don't
want is laser surgery. Really the best, the best way to go about it is to pick an artiest
who's not going to do a bad job on your tattoo. It is hard to find an artiest that's going
to work on a good artiest. That's going to work on any, anything you might have that's
not well done or anything at all that he didn't even start. I don't work on other peoples
stuff. As far as home removal. That sounds scary as hell to me I wouldn't go there, man.
A cheese grater or something I don't know, I don't know what home removal would entail.
I would go I would have it lasered off or covered up. With something else that you do
like and also stay away from getting peoples names tattooed on you. That seems to be the
most common cover up and or removal. Essentially it's not a good idea to try to remove a tattoo
yourself. It's down in your third layer of skin and you would be doing a lot of damage
to your own skin by the time you ended up removing your tattoo. If the tattoo was done
too lightly and it's barely there then it didn't go deep enough in the skin and if it's
scarred and raised and then the skins really damaged then they've gone too deep in the
skin and those are really two of the biggest problems. With poorly done tattoos. Too deep
or not deep enough.
