My name is Glen and we are going to show you a little passing exercise right now that gets
the players concentrating on moving and concentrating on the ball and having to perform a little
high five in the middle. I'll show you how it goes right now. So we are stressing inside
the foot pass, proper weight which is how hard you hit the ball, good balance, non-kicking
foot is pointing in the direction that you want the ball to go and they are going to
reach an outside boundary cone and try to come back in and see if they can meet in the
middle. One of the things I like about this exerciser game is the fact that its not standing
in lines, you are not just working on the skill as context to the game so they are having
to keep concentrating, keep moving back, keep relationship with each other as they go. Another
good game to play for about 5 minutes at the beginning of a practice.
