My name is Irene de Jong and I work for the Salvation Army, foundation welfare and healthcare
and deal with the quality manual of the foundation.
Every year over 35.000 people come to us with a request for help
and we work with 5.500 professionals and over 1000 volunteers.
An important goal we wanted to achieve with Mavim was of course having access
to all information necessary to execute your work for all employees in one central place.
Another important goal was obtaining the healthcare certificate.
We have achieved this goal by using the quality manual in Mavim.
Furthermore we use the quality manual for support during audits.
We have internal, as well as external audits.
Because we have been working with Mavim Rules for several years, the tool is well known among the employees
and a lot of information is already available in Mavim.
This makes it easy for us to deploy the software much broader in the organisation.
Our new Electronic Medical Records System is of crucial importance for the Salvation Army
and Mavim is one of the foundations for this, because we develop the processes for this system in Mavim.
Because we develop the processes in Mavim and use these processes in our Electronic Medical Records System,
as well as our quality manual, the information is always up to date and accurate.
