Hello, everyone! And welcome to
Bobby's Minute!
Today's question is: What should I do if
i just can't get along with one of my
co-founders? I was lucky at MavenHut.
I've had a good relationship with both
Elvis and Cristi. I can't say it was
great, because we've had our fair share
of disagreements, but we worked around
them. Because all of us wanted the same
thing: we wanted the company to work. So
if you have a disagreement with your
co-founder, first of all try to
understand where it comes from.
Because if it comes from disagreements
about where the company should go, one of
you should have the final decision, you
know. One of you should have the
executive decision. On the other hand if
you have the talk and you can't really
agree on anything, you should part ways.
There's no way the company can work if
the co-founders don't agree between them.
