So now that I've got my bucket prepared and I know what the weight of the bucket is, I'm
ready to start measuring the ingredients. So my first ingredient is neflin (phonetic)
cyanide, and I want 300 grams of that, so I'm going to set my scale to 300, plus 62
1/2. Put on my dust mask. And I keep my neflin cyanide in a five gallon bucket here, and
I just use the scooper, get a little bit of it, and just start adding it to the bucket
until the needle starts to rise on the scale. Need a little bit more. And once the needle
goes up to the top, I take just a spoon and start taking it out until the needle goes
back down and once the needle's gone down, I just tap this spoon just to get a little
bit to come off because it's very sensitive, and just a few little bits of powder are going
to make a big difference with that needle. And you do want to try to get it as close
as possible to the actual zero line, because like I said, it's very important that you
be very accurate with glazes. So that looks pretty good, and now I'll move on to the next
step.
