Have you ever wondered if there was a better way to remove your false eyelashes?
Did you know there's actually a way to remove your falsies with zero pain and zero crying?
Hey, you're watching Elegant Lashes TV - YOUR source for ALL things false eyelashes. My
name is Bonnie and I'm Sunny. And today we're going to be sharing with you our fool-proof
method for removing your false lashes with zero pain and zero damage to your natural
ones. Keep watching!
To remove your false eyelashes painlessly, you only need two things:cotton swabs and
oil-free makeup remover. Now, before we show you the removal process,
you need to understand the science behind it. And yes, it is a science. Anyway, let's
bring out Professor Bonnie to do the explaining.
This is a false eyelash. It is made out of porous materials such as human hair and cotton
thread which can be found along the lash band. When you use a water-based makeup remover,
the water will eventually evaporate from the lash band, rendering it perfect for use next
time.
Oils, on the other hand, are repellents which are commonly used to remove sticky things
like tar, gum, and eyelash adhesive.
When you use oil-based removers to remove your lashes, yes, it will come off easier
and yes, it will come off faster. However, you'll also notice that it's gonna be a lot
harder to wear your lashes next time. Why?
Remember, oils are repellents. Your glue just got repelled.
I hope you enjoyed that lesson with Professor Bonnie. Now, let's get started.
First things first, we're gonna moisten our cotton swab with oil-free makeup remover,
then run it along the lash line right were the glue is. And this will soften the glue.
Just roll the cotton swab along the lash band and you can see it start to come off at the
edges and this has zero tugging, zero pulling, and it's so much better for your eyes. Did
you see how easily that just came off right now?Just keep doing that until the edges fall
off.
Once your eyelash is removed, you might have some residual eyelash glue. I usually have
it on the corners of my eye and that's when you want to use oil-based removers because,
once again, oils are repellents that are used to remove sticky things - like eyelash glue.
So I'm gonna use my cotton swab and I have it dipped in coconut oil and I'm gonna run
it along the areas that have residual eyelash glue, like right here. And that picks it up
really quickly and really easily.
And there you have it:how to remove false eyelashes painlessly. If you found the information
