Hi. It's Jennifer. We are going to make some honey mustard chicken. Delicious. Very, very
easy too. So, what we're going to do once you get a medium sized mixing bowl. We're
going to take some low fat Greek yogurt, put that in the bowl. We're going to mix all our
ingredients together to make a nice sauce. Then, we're going to add a little bit of barbecue
sauce, adds a nice flavor to it. Now, I'm adding Dijon mustard, and the last thing that
we're going to add is a little bit of honey. There we go. That's a sticky one. Alright,
we're going to take our ingredients and mix them together very, very well and after we
mix it, I'm going to put a little bit aside. So that as the chicken's cooking, we could
spread a little bit just to add moisture. So, we're going to end up cooking it for probably
about 15 to 20 minutes. So I'd say after about 10 minutes, spray a little bit on and keep
your eye on it. It keeps it nice and moist and keeps the flavor really fresh. So, we
have our mixture. I'm going to take my spoon and just put a little bit to the side. Probably
about a tablespoon - we don't need much. Now we have our chicken and I'm just going to
put them in there and mix them right up. So in the meantime, make sure that your oven
is preheatead at 375, grab a casserole bowl or casserole dish, or any cooking dish will
do, any baking dish. Oh, this smells good. So I took my baking dish and I sprayed it
with my non-fat cooking spray. This way we don't have to use olive oil or any other fats.
Nice lean chicken, go for the chicken that's about 97% fat free. Check out the back of
the label. We want less than 5g of fat per serving. That means it's very lean. Always
check the label. You never know. Alright, this smells good. This is my favorite. Alright
let's get that last piece of chicken. Alright, so my oven is ready to go. So I'm going to
put the casserole dish in there for about 15-20 minutes, and we're ready.
So our chicken is ready. I put it on a plate, and added a little parsley just for garnish.
You can add a little bit of pepper if you like. You probably don't need any salt because
there was some salt in the mustard, so we're okay there, and then I just added some asparagus.
All I did. Just put a little bit of garlic on it, you could put onion powder, or put
nothing to it and I grilled it. Grilled it for about 5 minutes until it's bright green,
and it's beautiful and it's delicious. So here we are. You could always add a little
bit of potatoes or something, a little corn for starch, but we're all set. Quick and easy.
Enjoy!
