WELCOME TO SILPA!
Silpa Ltd. is an Italian-Bulgarian company founded in 2004.
The factory is located in the industrial district of the town of Lom, on an area of 60.000 m2,
10 000 m2 out of which are in production halls.
The company started in 2004 with the assembly of fancoil units
and production of parts for them by universal methods.
In 2005, the production of all metal parts for the fan-coils was transferred here
and the technique of powder coating was adopted.
In 2006, SILPA expanded the production of metal products.
In 2007 was established a department for the manufacturing of plastic parts.
In 2008 the company opened its own store.
Today, the plant manufactures metal sheet and plastic parts.
The factory owns seven mechanical presses from 70 to 1000 tons
and 3 hydraulic presses from 120 to 400 tons.
Part of the machines are CNC.
and some are equipped with feeders for handling metal sheet on the roll.
The plant has several machines for electric resistance welding.
Part of the company's latest produce
are exhaust pipes for Fiat, Renault, Opel, Mercedes, Alfa Romeo and Volkswagen.
The exhausts are manufactured in accordance with the highest European standards.
Silpa's residential and industrial use fan-coil units "Klima2000" carry CE marking for European conformity.
They are assembled in the the assembly department of the plant.
The fancoil units are intended for year-round heating and conditioning of houses,
commercial buildings and production halls
and have power outputs from 1 to 62 kW.
The appliance combines both heating and cooling functions in one body.
The fancoil units use water as the cooling or heating agent, which gives them advantages over ordinary air-conditioners.
Modern heat exchangers and high-performance low-noise fans
enable the fancoils to operate effectively at lower temperatures of the hot water in the system -
50°C and above in heating mode and 12°C and below in cooling mode.
The modern, nicely shaped design and the neutral colors
successfully matches the fancoil with virtually any interior.
Also available are built-in models that are practically unnoticeable.
The high efficiency of the fancoils makes them a preferred and more effective option
than conventional cast iron, aluminum and panel radiators.

Silpa Ltd. is an official representative of GRUNDFOS - the leading manufacturer of pumps.
We also offer pellet burners for all types of boilers.
Silpa has a modern powder coating line.
The line is manufactured by OMSA s.r.l. Italy.
The maximum dimensions of the painted details are 600/1500/1200 mm in size and weight up to 40 kg.
The temperature of paint baking ranges to 280°C.
In a chamber for pretreatment, the elements are degreased, washed and phosphate coated.
After drying, quality powder coating is applied using high - grade equipment manufactured by "ZEUS".
Throughout the process we control all parameters of the used solutions
and temperatures of drying and firing.
This is the plastic injection molding department.
It operates 6 hydraulic presses from 80 to 600 tons.
The tools that are used have a maximum width of 700 mm.
The machines are equipped with microprocessors that control all stages of the production process.
Some of the machines are robotized in order to improve the speed, rhythm and cleanness of the production.
The warehouse resourses ensure smooth logistics for the production and shipment of finished products.
The warehouse is the well organized link between our clients, our company and our suppliers.
The implemented ERP system allows for real time monitoring of accounting,
and the overall production flow.
Since 2007, Silpa Ltd. has introduced a system of quality management
and is ISO 9001:2008 certified.
The management's primary concern is the health and welfare of its employees.
That's why, since 2009,the company has adopted the OHSAS standard -
a system for managing health and safety in work conditions.
