Whenever you are looking to borrow more than £25,000 on a personal loan,
we will always look at the equity that you have in your property.
Equity simply means the difference between the value of your property and
the borrowings that you have with a bank or with any other lender against your property.
For example, if your property is valued at £500,000 and you have borrowings of £300,000;
the equity that you have is £200,000.
