Hey everyone it’s Su from TooSix and here’s the Top 6 best songs from Endless.
Number 6.
U-N-I-T-Y.
Frank raps and his flow is on point.
At the start of the third verse, the beat switches up and he sings briefly which stands
as one of the album's best moments.
Number 5.
Rushes.
The beat change and the last minute and a half are dope.
Number 4.
Alabama.
It features a marching piano beat and brilliantly mixed vocals from Frankie that’ll make you
feel tense and claustrophobic, however, all of that melts away once the outro hits.
Sampha and Jazmine Sullivan’s voices sound so damn good together that they elevate this
song from good to great.
Number 3.
Hublots.
It's an emotional performance with a great build and pay off.
If you listen closely, you can hear Jazmine Sullivan on the backing vocals.
Number 2 - At Your Best (You Are Love).
This song is a cover of Aaliyah’s cover from 1994 which was actually a cover of The
Isley Brothers original from 1976.
Frank released this song in January 2015 through Tumblr on what would’ve been Aaliyah’s
36th birthday and at that time, it featured a crisp vocals over a minimal piano beat.
The version on Endless is that same song, but with two major changes.
His vocals now are echoey and an orchestra plays over that minimal piano beat which give
the song a dreamy, fairytale aesthetic.
Number 1 - Wither.
It’s a play on the words With Her and, man, the vibe of this one is so cool.
There’s no flashy production here.
It’s just a stripped down sombre love ballad that has Frank singing his *** off against
an acoustic guitar, awesome baseline and beautiful background harmonies from Jazmine Sullivan.
She was such a fantastic addition to this album, seriously.
The MVP of Endless.
Unfortunately, Endless is still exclusive to Apple Music.
In the description, you’ll find a link to the visual album with timestamps for each
song mentioned here.
