Hello!
I show you how to prepare a power smoothie
(also called booster)
cause there's much power behind
I'll make it for breakfast
and then I can start up in the day very well
I show you what I use for this
at first, of course a mixer
I've chosen following ingredients
once of course the oat flakes
then.. what do you need for oat flakes?
the milk, of course
at the end comes a shot of honey
some fruits
I've taken a potpourri
frozen, however
that's mango, raspberry, strawberry
of course the basic ingredient
a banana
then I take some juice
and a few ice cubes
also taken
initially I fill in the milk
then we come to a whole banana
the sequence isn't important
the main issue for the mixer is the liquid
to be able to mix
I fill in a little juice
pineapple-, orange juice
how ever you want
then the bowl of oat flakes
its the most important thing
then come the fruits
then this will be fruit cereals
at the end the ice cubes
a shot of honey
and then all the ingredients are inside
then everything comes on the mixer
switch on
stop
and the power booster is ready-made
