Newly-discovered U.S. war documents suggest the Japanese military's use of sex slaves
during the Second World War was systematic. Korea's Yonhap News Agency says the proof
is in declassified documents they obtained through the U.S. National Archives and Records
Administration. They show that American authorities had found
that sex slaves were categorized as "amenities" by the Japanese military during the war.
Yonhap News says this proves that the use of sex slaves was organized.
