I always like to say, life is like a glass of green juice. You never know what micronutrients
you might get. You got kale juice, lemon juice, turmeric juice, ginger juice, tomato juice,
lime juice, cucumber juice, turmeric juice, celery juice, beet juice, carrot juice, you
got dandelion green juice, you got kale juice, you got lemon juice, you got lime juice, you
got pumpkin juice. I like to make pumpkin milk with that it's really good, oh I'm sorry
I probably should introduce myself, I'm Drew, Drew Canole, nice to meet you. Alright Fitlifer,
Drew Canole, welcome to this week's Saturday Strategy. I absolutely love the movie Forrest
Gump. If you like Forrest Gump, give it a big ol' thumbs up as well, the reason I love
this movie is because Forrest takes massive action, plain and simple. He doesn't question
it, he doesn't do analysis paralysis, he goes out and whatever he wants, he makes happen.
You see, you and I are bombarded with things that could potentially hold us back. We like
to make excuses for not really hitting our life goals. So what I want to encourage you
in this week's Saturday Strategy us to go out and take massive action. Whatever it is,
health and fitness, relationships, whatever situation you may be in, take action for.
What's your idea of a vibrant life? A vibrant life? Maybe peaceful. Peaceful? Finding joy
and positivity. Joy and positivity? What's your definition of a vibrant life? When I
live. When you live? Fist bump. I like that. What's your idea of a vibrant life? I'm on
a vacation. Yup, vacation, so travel? Yes. What's vibrant, so what brings you the most
joy in life? Vacation. Vacation, traveling? Where are you from? France. Yes. Good job
also. A great job? And to have fun. Fun, vacation, family? And friends. I like your energy man.
Living healthy, eating healthy, working out, just being happy, living life. What's your
definition of a vibrant life? Umm...Ooh you're putting me on the spot! Vibrant life... I
don't know... Just living how you want to live and being happy. You know? Vibrant life?
Vibrant life... I don't know, awesome. Awesome, happy life. Nice. We're also going to be taking
action today, making an amazing pumpkin milk juice recipe, you're absolutely going to love
it, I'm going to get into that in a second but at the end of this video, remember we're

that you're going to need to make this amazing pumpkin milk recipe. Number one, the reason
you probably want to use pumpkin is in the first place, it's loaded with vitamin A, good
for your eyes, right? It actually has more vitamin A than carrots, which is pretty cool.
Vitamin C helps control cortisol levels, there's a lot of vitamin C in here as well, the seeds,
actually help with LDL cholesterol, I bet you didn't know that. It's an amazing carb
loaded with potassium. People say the banana is the super fuel for working out, having
a banana before or whatever, I think pumpkins have more potassium in them, than a banana.
So there's a lot of amazing benefits for pumpkins, I'm going to leave more benefits below this
video on the blog but that's why I choose to use this especially around this time of
year, it's just in season, it's so easy to get. Remember, if you've been following Fitlife
for awhile, you want to eat in season. So here's the pumpkin, medium sized pumpkin for
the milk. We have one coconut, we have a half of cinnamon stick that we're going to use,
you can add more cinnamon to taste if you want to. We have some vanilla beans, I'm only
going to use a little bit, these go along ways okay? So the vanilla bean just comes
out like this, we're going to put it in the milk as well. So now that you have the ingredients,
let's get started with the recipe, shall we? Step number one, is to cut the pumpkin open,
and abstract the meaty juicy goodness that we're actually going to be juicing and getting
the pumpkin juice. Step two, is going to be cutting open the coconut abstracting the meat
from the coconut putting it with a little bit of water and actually making coconut milk,
notice how I'm doing the opposite of what you would think, alright? Most people think
you'd probably go like this, when in fact, the easier way to get the meat out of it is
like that, let's dump this into the blender real quick. Step three is to add your seasoning
to the pumpkin milk, and then combine the two together in the blender with the juice
and it's going to be so delicious, I'm excited for you to try this, let's get to it. Alright
Fitlifers, so let's try this out, wow, very seasonal, I love the taste of pumpkin, the
coconut milk, add a little bit more fat to it as well. If we wanted to, we can add a
little bit more pumpkin seed to it, add a little bit more of fat, I'm actually going
to put these into the hydrator, and then have the pumpkin seeds for later as well. So there's
a lot you can do this time here with the pumpkin, start to utilize these seasonal foods. To
