I just put my fifth layer of the filo dough in and this is actually a good time to go
and pre heat your oven to 425 degrees mines already started so that's good we'll move
on to the next step. Now we're going to start in with our cinnamon, sugar, and pecan mixture
we have the 5 layers of the filo dough and this part is not a science you just kind of
take a
little bit and your just going to sprinkle it all over. Layer it on it doesn't have to
be real thick cause this is a very multi layered dish so you don't want to make it to thick
you just kind of cover everything, see the filo dough to well you can use your hands
a little bit just spread it out, there we go, go to the edges just like that. I like
to sprinkle just a little bit of butter onto here you don't have to I prefer to
because the next layer of filo dough kind of sticks to it a little bit better and it's
easier for the rest of layering if it's not sliding around everywhere. So I just kind
of put a few drops of the butter melted butter on there and your ready to go back to layering more filo dough.
