- Alright, hey guys! So we're here again for another Facebook interview today.
We've just done BODYSTEP 92 pre-filming class with Mark, our
Program Director and Chris who's just participated in the class today.
Guys, that looked like an awesome energy in there today.
How did you find it Chris? - Oh, it's awesome. Loads and loads
of energy. We did athletic version today and the athletic circuit in the end just
really pounds, pounds the heart rate. Such good fun; really good release.
- For those of you out there that don't know, we have two version of BODYSTEP.
We have the traditonal, we call it the 70-30 class
which is 70% athletic, 30% more flavor, more fun,
and then we have the athletic side which focuses on the athletic side of step, so more 90%
athletic, 10% fun. That's still fun.
We tried the athletic version today, really hot up here, New-Zealand summer,
really humid, everybody up there sweating up a storm, so yeah, it was really, really
intense but really good un as well.
- It seemed really awesome. Was there any particular move that
you are just super excited for people to try out in BODYSTEP?
- Yeah, in track five we've got a quick-squat which leaves one knee to step to the other,
that's really challenging, so the athelete's going to love it. If you're fairly new to
BODYSTEP, you can turn the step around short-wise,
there's always an option for newer people to achieve great results still in the class.
Yeah, loads of squats, lots of lunges, really, lower body focus,
- Cool. Chris, I wonder if I could ask you... this athletics step stuff seems to be the
hot new thing. How are you finding that?
- Amazing. It gets such good results from it as well. You've got three main
exercises repeating over, really heart-pounding stuff,
loads of energy going and just euphoria. It's amazing.
- Fantastic. - You guys out there can ask your instructor
to do the athletic version, you've got to try the
athletic BODYSTEP. - Super cool. Guys, today's workout,
the music was just super pumping and exciting in there. Without giving away
too much, can you tell us is there's a track that you really enjoy the most, that was
your favourite track in the workout? Mark? - I love the song in track six,
Yeah, it gets the guys going. we look forward to it.
- And the track ten as well. That's a really... get a real emotional high
on that one song, yeah, a lot of people love it.
That feeling of flying on the step. - Yeah, amazing.
- It's a teaser for the folks out there. - Yeah.

how you found you experience at BODYSTEP today? - Exhausting.
