OK, here we're going to do what we call squats, of course, who doesn't know squats? This is
the king of exercises for the legs. It's great overall development for your legs, your butt,
your calves, your upper back, and everything. Now start here. Go under the bar. Put the
bar on your back. Keep my shoes nice and steady. Hold onto it here. You can put your arms out
like doing this. Knees, legs rather, about shoulder width apart. Arch your back a little
bit. Now you want to go down as straight as possible -- try not to bend too far forward.
You go down. You can look up. Down to here. This is fine. Then you bring it up. You don't
want to come up to here, lock you knees up. You never want to do that. Always keep them
bent. I just want to bring this up. OK, now this is good like this. Alright, you start
from here. Slowly, bring it down to here. I'm here. See I don't do this. My legs are
always bent. Bring it down, you can look up -- it helps it, not to lean forward too much.
There we go. And your knees are pointed the same way as your feet. So you're not doing
this. This is not good. This is too much pressure, a wrong angle on your knees. You want to basically
go straight forward. Keep it very simple, nothing fancy. Simplicity is the best. Look
up.
