In this segment we're going to be talking about warming up to loosen the arms and shoulders.
So often circulation is an issue and into our hands and such and it's because of the
tightness and tension and disconnection in our arms. We want to make sure they're nice
and loose. So the way that we can do that is we just let our body kind of rise and let
our arms swing. Alright, let our bodies rise, let our arms swing, like we're trying to get
some water off our arms, so up and down and what you want to do here is move from the
shoulder, elbow, wrist. Shoulder, elbow, wrist, so just up and down, let your body rise and
sink, very loose and then you, if you can, you also come all the way to the back and
down, just let your arms swing. Back as you rise and down and then you can alternate,
just letting your arms swing like you're taking a vigorous walk but again it's just really
loose swinging of your arms. There's no tension at all, like you're getting water off your
hands and then just let your waist turn, let your arms just swing around very loose, tapping
your waist and your kidneys.
