What is the best way to get rid of a double chin?
One of the best ways to get rid of a double chin is to adopt good posture. Sit up straight
instead of slouching, and many people will see the double chin of a doubled up body disappear.
I don’t think posture is to blame for this.
So it is too much tiramisu? Then you need to start working out.
I’ve heard that you don’t have to lose a lot of weight to get rid of it.
I suppose you could use makeup to highlight the jaw line instead of the double chin. Unfortunately,

No, but a short haircut at chin length makes your chin stand out. A shoulder length haircut
is better, but losing the weight is best.
Guys have it easy. They can just grow a beard.

Lose the weight so that the fat can’t accumulate under the chin. After you lose 20, you can
decide to keep going and lose another ten.
Do neck rolls and platysma muscles help?
Only if you want to look like you’ve got a bad neck. Or if you want to look as silly
as people with chin straps on their faces.
