Hi, this is Rachael Richardson with Nutrolution in South Beach, Miami, Florida. In this clip
we're going to talk about how to lose weight with green tea. Now they've done studies on
green tea and they've shown that actually green tea contains certain nutrients that
help to expedite your metabolism as well as to help produce hormonal cancers, to help
promote relaxation and all kinds of other great benefits that green tea provides. So
I personally love using green tea. It does help me feel like my metabolism is moving
quicker and there's a lot of wonderful teas out there that you can try. So some people
think that green tea is boring or doesn't taste very good and in fact, if you go to
the right source, then you'll find all kinds of amazing green teas. My favorite is Teavana.
And actually this is kind of what they look like. But Teavana procures teas from all over
the world and all kinds of amazing green tea. So you can see this one right here is like
a choco-nut tea. It's actually got almonds and cardamon and it's a green tea. This one,
I won't show you all of them, but this one is a wild cherry green tea and it's, these
are absolutely delicious. I can't tell you. So one of the tricks that I like to use being
in hot weather, is to brew a big pot of green tea and then to go ahead and refrigerate it
