So thank you Saoussane . . . Mowahhhh :*
Thank you for sending me this yummy recipe
It's actually from the Website of kitchenrunway.com
It looks very simple to make and really yummy So I am very excited to make it
With all love to you
Let's start . . .
In a large bowl, sift the flour. Add the sugar, salt, and baking soda. Mix well.
make sure they are well integrated
In a saucepan, melt the butter on medium heat.
Once melted, add the cocoa powder and mix well.
Add boiling water to the butter and cocoa mixture.
Continue cooking and boil for 30 seconds while stirring.
and that's it
Add the butter mixture to the flour mixture. Mix well.
In a separate small bowl, mix the buttermlik, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix with a whisk.
Add the egg mixture to the flour-cocoa mixture.
Mix with a whisk until all ingredients are well incorporated.
Pour the butter in a pan prepared with parchment paper
and that's ready
Bake for around 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven at 360 F / 180 C.
we are going to make the icing
Melt the butter in a sauce pan on medium heat
Add the cocoa powder to the butter and mix well
Turn off the heat
then add the milk, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Stir to combine.
Stir in the chopped walnuts
The cake is ready. I baked it for 23 min
basically, when you lightly press it and it feels firm and springy.
I left here, the center to be lightly uncooked
Place a plate over the baking pan, and flip to remove the cake.
Remove the parchment paper
Pour the icing over the cake
Yummmy
It is ready. I removed the the extra icing
Let the cake cool down to reach room temperature. Serve with vanilla ice cream!!!
Bon appetit!
