Hi I'm Rachel Dayan for Expert Village. Now let's prepare the carrots for our cake. I
washed the carrots before, before the peeling but you can do it afterwards to. I just take
the peeler and quickly peel the carrots and cut both ends. For juice carrot juice sometimes
you leave the peel on but for a cake I prefer the take the peel off. I like to mention if
you don't have a food processor you can always grind it with a grader by hand and we have
to measure 2 cups of grinded carrots. That is about 2 cups.
