Have you ever needed to cut weight effectively? Hi my name is Jani Roberts and I'm a Nationally
Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach. I have had the pleasure of training many fitness
competitors to success. I want to share some great simple ideas with you that I think you
will find very effective when you are trying to cut that weight. First of all beverage
of choice. You have got to drink the water. Nothing else counts, no diet sodas, anything
else that has got a calorie in it goes into the food category. If it is a diet soda, it
doesn't matter. It is actually going to dehydrate you. It is probably going to contain caffeine
which is really going to dehydrate you even more and it will increase your appetite so
bad idea. Water, water, water, this is the way you want to go. In addition exercise is
key. Focus on cardio. If you are lucky enough to have maybe six months before this deadline,
you are really going to have an easy time with this simply by increasing your water,
increasing your cardiovascular activity and also really having a little time to plan.
Now if you have got more of a deadline, let's say you are looking at four weeks alright
we need to hustle. Water needs to come quickly, cardio needs to get busy, busy, busy I would
say at least 30 minutes a day and if you can split it and do half in the morning and half
at night you have a really good chance of cutting that weight less. Good luck.
