Once you've practiced doing each hand separately on its own and you feel comfortable with both
hands, we're ready to try putting the two hands together. So, spinning them parallel
to each other towards the front, we have both of our palms are facing each other, they're
not up, they're not down, and they're not like this, they're just in a very relaxed
position at hip level, allowing the poi to move themselves in a circle with the assistance
of only a slight flick of your wrists. Again, make sure that your poi are parallel to each
other, and that they're spinning together at the same time, as they rotate around in
a circle. You can, once you feel comfortable with this, you can experiment a little bit
with going fast, and slow, it's good to be able to do both fast and slow, not only just
one speed. Contrary to what you might think, it's actually more difficult to spin them
slow, than fast. So, if you have a tendency to spin them fast, try forcing yourself to
slow down.
