I've always lived in a place without history
Bibione is a town born in the 60's for the german touring
Therefore you can imagine its appearance
But what I need is a studio
and a situation that is evocative for what is my ideal condition
Everything takes place within the studio
So I don't need to be in Los Angeles, in Rome, or anywhere else
Especially these days when you can be connected with the world
Through the internet, around the clock
Therefore I'm most devoted to my country
I love it cause I can find different rhythms in the end
I like its change of seasons
So, creatively speaking, it's not a problem
when I'm in a closed environment
where in fact I've got everything I need
Starting with music, equipment, and everything I need
in order to create a work
I presume that the provocation is inevitable
It only takes the slightest thing and, also in this case,
it's relating to the person who observes the painting
There are people who are indignant, frightened and disturbed
by images that I consider absolutely innocent
And people who want something decidedly stronger
or they're not satisfied and say you're a bit corrupt
That is you're doing too quiet things
When you do an operation like this, they will rumble you immediately
Provocation is fine according to your research
If you work in a delicate area as mine,
assuming that I don't realize a portrait for a decorative mannerism,
but I like to investigate the psychology and the darker aspects of personality,
it follows that you might include the concept of provocation
Since there is a so huge exploit, where everything is eros, sensuality...
From advertising to the network... I'm so tired of it
See the fetish: another thing that I almost can not stand
In the sense that I have experimented in this area, I still do it
But always using it in a complementary manner
Never explicit, never artificial
Just because there's an invasion of this kind of basic themes
It's so tedious
There are serious risks of doing the complete opposite
and not to appreciate that sensual feature of the subject anymore
I don't want to move away from a concept linked to eroticism and sexuality
Cause I think they are always there, as religion and spirituality
When I admire a portrait,
I have to do with a person who has its own body and mind at disposal
So the physical and spiritual side has to be admired
And these are the implications
However, it should not be an end in itself, an illustrative job
It should not be something farfetched, no matter what
