Hi! My name is Leta Koontz and I'm a yoga instructor at Schoolhouse Yoga in Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania. I'm here today on behalf of Expert Village to teach you some arm balances.
Once you get comfortable practicing pro pose, the next step is to practice jumping out of
pro pose. Again, we're going to bring our hands shoulder distance. We're going to come
up to our little squat. We're going to spread our knees on the outside of our shoulders
and come into our pro pose. Good. Again, make sure you're drawing the navel in and not all
your weight is going through your ribs. Make sure you're distributing your weight evenly
through the entire palm and through the fingertips. From here, you're going to pull your belly
in. You want to keep your hips with it and kick back and lower.
