Hi this is Jeremy on behalf of Expert Village. We're going to go now and now that you've
learned a little bit about three ball juggling and feel a little bit comfortable with it,
we're going to teach you some tricks and add some flair into your ball juggling. All the
tricks will be three ball juggling because that's as far as we've gotten. The first one
I'm going to teach you is called a reverse cascade. What you've learned so far is actually
called the cascade, where you're catching on the outside, scooping and throwing on the
inside. Now, if you want to reverse cascade, what you're going to be doing, is you're going
to be throwing on the outside, catching on the inside, it looks something like this.
Now after learning the cascade, it's going to be very, very problematic for you to just
go ahead and switch it over. What I would suggest is go ahead and learn steps one through
three over again, start with one ball, this time making sure that you catch it on the
center and throw it on the outside. Once you get used to that, moving onto two balls and
three balls. Once you learn the reverse cascade, you can actually mix it with the cascade and
perform a lot of different tricks besides just the usual cascade, switching to a reverse
cascade.
