>>BRYNN: We're back and now I took the gloves
off. That was easy. And then you can show them
the sink here. It seems like it's getting on
the sink, but it doesn't matter.
It just comes right off.
It does tend to stain wood, so you should use
the same wooden utensil every time you do it.
I use warm water, hot water, you know.
>>ANTHONY: A lot of people have henna utensils.
The same bowl, the same brush.
>>BRYNN: I use the same brush. I used this brush
a couple of times, I don't know.
>>ANTHONY: Same food. And they wear some old
shirt. But you can see that the stains are off
of Brynn's shirt. We took the stains off.
It didn't stain at all. Just wiped it off
with some cloth and some water.
>>BRYNN: Okay, so, here are your lovely
shower caps, in place of the Saran wrap.
>>ANTHONY: Nice.
>>BRYNN: So how do you get this one without
getting your fingers all dirty?
Well there's no easy way, okay?
I just make it wide like that and I start from
this side of my forehead. Just a second. This.
>>ANTHONY: That was easy.
>>BRYNN: Now I've gotten some henna on my forehead
but I'm not worried about that because it's
going to come right off. Now I'm going to take
my earrings off because it'll just make it
a lot easier with the hat.
Here we are, we got this down.
I like to put it over my ears. It's a little
uncomfortable but you can move stuff around,
make sure it's really, you know, that you
get it everything underneath.
>>ANTHONY: Oh yeah, underneath.
>>BRYNN: Make sure your hairline is also underneath.
Because we're going for moisture here. We're going for
heat and we're going for moisture.
>>ANTHONY: Oh, nice.
>>BRYNN: See look how it's already starting to,
the heat of my head is already starting to cause
condensation.
>>ANTHONY: 98.6 degrees being naturally preserved.
>>BRYNN: I like to put even another one on top.
>>ANTHONY: Oh, good idea.
>>BRYNN: For good measure.
All right, so now all I can hear is the sound of
the plastic. [laughs]
Okay, so all I'm going to do is take this old t-shirt and just wet it for a moment.
And just wipe my forehead off.
Make sure everything...I still look like I
could go out and go shopping. Okay,
but I wouldn't do that until I put this on.
>>ANTHONY: Yeah, I wouldn't go that far.
>>BRYNN: So I have one of those, those bahama hats.
>>ANTHONY: And is this your henna hat all the time?
>>BRYNN: This is my henna hat. This is my camping hat.
>>ANTHONY: Wow, you can definitely go out for a hike.
>>BRYNN: Isn't it cute?
>>ANTHONY: You could go into town.
>>BRYNN: So nobody would know...
>>ANTHONY: Nobody would know at all!
>>BRYNN: ...that I had anything on.
>>ANTHONY: It looks great
>>BRYNN: It's cute and I'm ready to go on a hike
or go on the exercise bike or do my meditation
>>ANTHONY: Go to the gym, meditate.
>>BRYNN: Or whatever. So you can do cook. You can
cook a whole dinner for your family, or youself.
And then two hours later we're going to take this off and rinse.
So that's it!
>>ANTHONY: Nice! Really nice. This is really easy.
One, two, three, four, five step process of henna.
>>BRYNN: Voila. No, no henna on my hands.
>>ANTHONY: Look at that, the hands are clean.
>>BRYNN: No henna anywhere.
>>ANTHONY: Wipe off the head and shoulders.
>>BRYNN: It's like I never did it.
And this whole process will last me about,
I like to do it maybe every six to eight weeks or so.
Something like that. Sometimes sooner, but I have something
we'll talk about. How it's going to come out after a little while.
