I'm Agnes. I live with my husband, Andreas, and our daughter, Klara.
We're expecting our second child.
In this series, you'll follow me throughout my pregnancy.
PREGNANT - WEEK BY WEEK AGNES
Today, I'm 16 weeks + 1 day pregnant-
-and I actually feel super great.
Those of you who have watched this know that I work with exercise-
-and that I exercise a lot myself.
I'm back in the swing of things again and it feels great.
You don't use the toilet as often when you're pregnant.
The whole bowel movement seems to be non-existent, at least for me.
And I think it's like that for a lot of others too.
Going to the toilet... It sometimes takes days.
But where does all the food go?
It's not likely that the baby goes...
...and eats every crumb that I eat.
I eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
Where does it all go? I don't get it.
We girls don't poop, so I guess it's something we don't talk about.
If you're pregnant, you know all this.
You get every word that I'm saying in this regard.
I don't feel super pregnant-
-aside from the fact that I'm in a clothes panic every day.
I've reached the stage where no pants fit-
-actually, that was a while ago. They're too tight.
But I absolutely do not want to end up-
-forever wearing leggings again, like I did last time I was pregnant.
I basically lived in my leggings from when I was five months along-
-until she was something like six months old.
So I... I really have to-
-update my wardrobe.
I'm definitely going to invest in real pants.
I'm not about to start nesting yet-
-but we don't know what we're expecting...
We have tons of baby clothes in the basement-
-and I really want to go down there and fidget with the tiny clothes.
I want to wash them and fold them... My husband thinks I'm nuts.
Some days, I'm just a bit too much.
Pregnant Agnes is about to start nesting and go overboard!
It's going to be a pain when it's actually time.
Alright, I'm at 16 weeks + 6 days.
Tomorrow, I'm entering week 17.
It just feels absolutely wonderful.
It's close to half-time now, and the beginning is just so slow!
I'd like visit the midwife every day. I just love it:
Listening to the heart beat, talking to her and...the whole thing.
I feel tended to and we only talk about me.
I really like that about being pregnant, it very...
It's nice and cozy going to see the midwife. I love it!
I've started having weird dreams, especially lots of sex dreams.
I have to say that I think sex is even better when you're pregnant.
I've always really liked the change that takes place-
-in the body during pregnancy. It's absolutely wonderful.
You just feel incredibly feminine and wonderful.
So, really... I want to have sex for as long as it's possible.
I don't think that's strange at all.
The only strange thing can be trying to find a position-
-when the belly is gigantic, but that always works out.
No, but I really love it, and I think it's important too.
That you... That you touch each other-
-and keep that closeness during the pregnancy.
I think you should have as much sex as possible when you're pregnant!
Because one thing I can tell you-
-is that once you've give birth, that's not really on your mind.
To go home with your baby, put it to sleep-
-in a small basket, and go have sex with your husband.
Next time, I'll be 17 weeks pregnant.
We'll see how I feel then, but right now, everything is awesome.
I'll see you soon! Take care. Bye!
