Hi,
Welcome to Sheby's Kitchen!
Today, I am going to prepare two different shakes.
Tropical Shake and Berry Blast Shake!
We are using two different types of fruits to make these shakes.
Let us see its preparation.
These are the ingredients for two shakes.
Ingredients - Banana and Milk, which I kept in the middle are common for both shakes.
I have taken Almond milk.
You can make use of Soy milk or normal Diary milk as well.
It depends upon your availability or taste.
These are the two fruits for our Tropical Shake - Mango and Pineapple!
This is Coconut cream or Thick Coconut Milk.
Strawberries and Raspberries are the fruits for second Shake.
These are the fruits for Berry Blast.
This is Greek Yogurt. If you don't have Greek Yogurt, you can use normal yogurt.
But it should be good if you get yogurt , which is less sour in taste.
This is small amount of honey, which adds up sugar level in our Berry Blast.
Let us go through the preparation.
Firstly, we can see the preparation of Berry Blast Shake.
I have taken a blender for this.
We are going to add all ingredients to this blender and blend it well.
If you don't have a blender, you can use a mixer. Make sure that it grind this well.
I am going to add one cup of milk - Almond milk to the blender.
You can add whatever milk you have.
Now, I am going to add Greek Yogurt.
Greek Yogurt - 2 Tablespoons.
All fruits are frozen.
This is half banana.
I kept it in freezer after cutting.
Adding to this.
Going to add our two main fruits for this shake
This is Strawberries.
This is also cut and kept in freezer.
We need to keep it in freezer to get thick consistency.
This is Raspberries.
I have added 1/2 cup of Strawberries and Raspberries.
Now, we can add honey.
Just 1 Teaspoon of it.
This is for increasing sugar level in this shake.
If you like actual taste of berries, you can avoid this.
It is completely optional.
We can close the blender and blend it well.
Now, shake is ready. We can pour this to a glass.
You can see that its consistency is thick.
It is because we kept all fruits in freezer before using.
Now, it is ready for serve.
Next, we can see the preparation of Tropical Shake.
I have kept a blender for this as well.
I am going to pour milk to it.
This is Almond milk.
You can use whatever milk you have.
1 Cup
We can add Coconut cream to this - 1/4 cup of Coconut cream.
I have measured and kept it.
Thick Coconut cream/milk
If the coconut cream is not available to buy, you just squeeze the grated coconut by hand
without adding water.
Just 1/4 th of cup
This is adding for getting a tropical flavour.
This is half banana.
Frozen banana
I kept this in freezer after cutting.
This is one Mango - Frozen
I cut and kept in the freezer.
This is a bowl of two cups.
This bowl is almost full with mango pieces.
This is the main taste of this shake
We can add this to the blender
Now, we have pineapple to add
Half cup of Pineapple.
Amount of pineapple is less compared to mango.
We can add this to the blender
We can now close the blender and blend it.
Blending is over and Shake is ready.
We can pour this to a glass.
This is the tropical shake.
You can see that it is a very thick shake.
It is because we added all frozen fruits - Mango, pineapple and Banana.
Amount of banana is less in this shake
Less quantity compared to Berry blast.
Taste of mango should come out from this shake.
I am going to garnish with fresh fruits - small pieces of Pineapple and Cherries.
I have some coconut flakes, just adding to get a white colour on top.
If you have, you can add. Or you can skip this.
