Hi, I am Marlene Spiegel founding team leading for Wildtree. I am here on behalf of Expert
Village to show you how to make a meatloaf that's really good comfort food for a really
cold night. I am going to do it for two but I have a recipe for four, but I am using a
half package of Wildtree "Just like Moms Meatloaf". One eighth of a beaten egg. One eighth cup
milk and the same of Wildtree Ponzoo sauce. I use this Ponzoo sauce like a dressing that
I would use soy sauce or Worcestershire I think it is just much better because those
have a very high salt content. Now I am just mixing up the ingredients . this is make a
wonderful, a wonderful meatloaf and then when I am done mixing I will put in a little loaf
pan that we can toss in the oven at three fifty for about an hour. I am going to coat
the top with ketchup or you have use a chill sauce or use one of your favorite sauces as
a toping. I just like to finely coat it. Stick it right in, it is a little bigger that the
pan. Small loaf pan! Then I am just going to take a little ketchup. and smudge it right
on top....not a lot...just enough to get the favor. This is a great meatloaf quick and
easy that you don't have to pay much attention to, like I said three fifty in oven for an
hour. And after an hour, now this is for a big family of four to six, we have the finished
product. Served with mashed potatoes and gravy, sauteed carrots also as a hot meatloaf sandwich.
