Hi, this is Matt Senatore on behalf of Expert Village, and today we're going to learn how
to make my grandma Josephine's chicken parmesan. Okay, so the first thing we're going to do,
we're going, we're going to address the breadcrumbs. I want to put a little bit of seasoning in
the actual breadcrumbs. I'm going to put some Itallian seasoning, you can get this at the
store, in the breadcrumbs. Now we're going to crack our eggs in this bowl. Try not to
get any shells in if you can possibly do that, and then we have our eggs in there. Now we're
going to mix that up. And also, we're going to take our parmesan cheese and we're going
to sprinkle that in the breadcrumbs also. Just kind of mix that in. So now we're going
to take our chicken ***, and actually, let me rearrange this. So we're going to take
the chicken breast, and we're going to submerge it in the egg, turn it over, and like a little
assembly line, going to go into the breadcrumbs, turn it over, cover it, and place it in the
bowl. And we're going to keep doing that with all of our chicken ***. So put it in the
eggs, then put it in the breadcrumbs, going to turn it over and get it covered, place
it in the bowl. Make sure you put enough egg in there. I think four should be enough. I
mean you can always crack another egg and put it in if you want. But I think four will
be enough for this many ***. We're almost done here. Just make sure you, make sure it's
covered in breadcrumbs and sticks very well. Also the reason for putting in the spices,
putting the spices in the breadcrumbs is now, you don't have to worry about seasoning it
later because it's already built in with the breadcrumbs. We're now on our last piece here,
just cover that up. There we have it. So now that we've got that done, let's fry up our
chicken ***.
