I was at a party
my friend was quite intoxicated and
wasn’t sure if she wanted to stay or leave
and she looked really uncomfortable
and there was a guy who
was much older and bigger than her
with his arm around her and he kind of looked
like he was forcing her to stay on the couch
and I’d known how she felt about the guy
she was with while she was sober
and I knew she wasn’t interested in him
as more than a friend so I told her that
she was going to leave with us
and then later the next day she thanked me for
taking her away from the party and
that’s when I felt really good about my decision
I think that It’s a really common thing
on a college campus to see something
that you think is questionable and a really common feeling
to not be sure what to do about it
and One Act teaches student how
to make decisions like that all the time
