Good afternoon.
My name is Ronald Wilson, I am an estate planning attorney with law firm of
Morris, Hall and Kinghorn
I came to Arizona,
in nineteen seventy-two with the Valley National Bank Trust Department.
In nineteen eighty-four I left the bank to go into the private practice of
law,
where I have been involved in estate planning since that time.
This is the area of law that I truly love.
You know, when we think of estate planning, we think of avoidance of
probate.
We think of tax issues,
we think of how the past that property on with the least delay and the least cost.
But, I want to tell you that estate planning is more than that.
Many years ago someone asked me, 'How do you describe yourself Ron, in two words?'
My answer was, personally involved.
Right now I am personally involved in the community in many ways.
I currently serve on the Plan Giving Committee for the Phoenix Art Museum.
I serve on the Financial Advisers for Scottsdale Healthcare.
I serve the Planned Giving Committee for the Greater Southwest Chapter of the
Arthritis Foundation.
I serve on the Planned Giving Committee for the First United Methodist Church.
What does this personal involvement mean to you, as a client?
It means that I will be personally involved with you
and making sure your wishes,
your desires are carried out.
I want to extend personal service in that regard.
That may mean meeting with you on a Saturday.
That may mean me coming to the retirement home where you live.
That may mean scheduling an appointment at your home as you are
unable to come to our offices.
Whatever it takes we at Morris, Hall and Kinghorn want you to know that we are
personally involved.
We are more than just drafter's, we want to provide the resources to make sure that
your wishes,
your plans are carried forth with
personal service and
personal involved.
