Hi, this is Josiah Owens with Expert Village and today we are going to be talking about
how to cook pepperoni ziti for those on a diabetic diet. Now we are going to go over
our ingredients we are going to need for our pepperoni ziti. We are going to need 1 package
ziti, 1 tablespoon fresh Parmesan, 1 1/2 cups fresh Mozzarella, 2 cloves garlic, 1/4 cup
onions, we are going to need 3/4 cups green pepper chopped, 5 ounces of spinach, 8 ounces
of mushrooms. We are going to need 1 large tomato, 2 1/2 cups tomato sauce and with that
we are going to need 1 cup container and 1 1/2 cup in another. We are going to need olive
oil, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/2 a teaspoon of garlic salt, 1/2 teaspoon of crush red peppers,
and 2 tablespoons of oregano, 1 1/2 ounces pepperoni, a 1/2 cup of water and a 1/2 a
cup of ricotta cheese.
