Hi, I'm Dr. Jolene Kuty at Kuty Chiropractic, your Scottsdale Chiropractic office.
I'm going to show you a stretch for your neck, chest, and shoulders. Full neck stretch.
Sit on your hand palm up. Lean away. Bring your head down straight to the side. Take deep breaths. Chin to your chest, stretching neck muscles.
Rotate your shoulder back and rotate away. Rotate down through the shoulder blades to increase neck pain stretch. Come back and lift your head to stretch through your neck muscles.
Rotate your head out head up. At the top make a circle and stretch upper neck.
Move facial muscles that cause pain and tightness.
Again on the opposite side, stretch tight muscles. Head down to chest, then lean away. Stretch chin up to get neck muscles in the front. Move away. Stretch Jaw.
Complete neck stretch. I hope it helps you.
