Okay, now the second part of the breath is taken in the rib cage. So you place your hand
on your rib cage and what happens is as you breathe, the first part of the breath, your
abdominals raise and then as you take it up into the rib cage, the rib cage expands and
then you take it into your chest and lungs and your lungs expand. So this is a very powerful
way to send your heart, your brain, all of your internal organs, fresh blood supply,
so starting again. Bottom, abdominals, inhale and release, okay, rib cage, inhale, comes
apart, chest, expanding. Okay, now I’m going to put this all together. Okay, it is a little
more difficult to feel the breath moving down, you will get it though, okay, so watch carefully.
