Hi my name is Tara from Belly Dance by Tara; today I'm going to be teaching you belly,
beginner belly dance 1 lower body moves. In this series I will show you correct ways to
control your posture, I'm going to show you different postures that you can use with your
lower body. Things we're going to learn today; things like the Mia, inverted Mia; figure
eight with the hips, hip thrust; large hip circles, the basic Egyptian and washing machine shimmy;
that's just to name a few that we'll learn this series, at the end of the series I will
have two sets of combinations; those combinations you can use to start applying and building
your own dance off of them. I hope you enjoy the series and again this is an extension
off of the upper body, and I hope you can combine the two later on in belly dance 2.
