My name is Eric Cizmadia and I earned my Bachelor's degree in business administration from Kaplan
University.
I was in community college for about one semester before I joined the Army.
When I got out of active duty, I actually applied for a job that I was more than qualified
to have but the job required a four year degree. So that was the point where I was like, okay,
I really need to step this up and get it done.
Kaplan was able to look at everything I did in the Army and say okay, you can get credit
for this class and credit for that class. I was able to take just a few classes, get
my Associates and start my Bachelor's.
Eric's job is to manage statistics. Look at the performance metrics that we are needing
to hit for each of our programs.
Eric is an incredible asset to our organization.
I see him going into further management opportunities and at some point managing his own call center.
It was kind of nice to come out of college debt free and the Army kind of paid for everything
and Kaplan allowed it to happen.
Now that I have my Bachelor's degree just knowing that all of the doors will open up
in the future is just amazing.
