Hello, I'm Courtney. I'm going to show you today how to register your new organization.
You will first want to log in to your campus site, UB Linked. Then you will want to click
on the organization tab at the top of the page. You will then need a search for your
particular organization. For this demonstration, we're going to go to the dean's advisory board.
So the D's...and here it is. We're going to click on it, and then we're going to look
for the register button at the top of the page. We're going to click that. We're going
to follow all the steps, in order to register our organization. Our general information
is already filled in Website URL, or our organization contact information. We're going to hit next.
Here, we're going to pick some interests that we have for our organization. So I'm going
to go to general, I'm going to choose leadership, opinion driven, and student led. Then click
next when I have all my interests in ranked order. Here, I need to put up some positions
and have some members. I'm required to have at least a president, a treasurer, a vice
president, and 5 total members of my group. And when I go to president, put in my presidents
email. First name and last name Add Then I'm going to put my treasurer's email in
Add that person Then lastly, my vice president Email And add There I have all my positions
filled. Im going to hit next, I'm going to make sure I like my profile picture. Otherwise,
I'm going to upload a new one. Next. Then I'm going to upload a constitution or the
bi laws that our organization will follow. So I'll browse through, upload my document.
Then I'm going to hit next. And here, I've got to make sure I've uploaded all of the
information that is required of me. And then I will have to submit for approval, and then
I will wait until someone approves my organization being registered.
