How to Dress Up Ramen Noodles with Peanut Butter. With just a few ingredients you can
take your ramen noodles from mundane to mouthwatering. You will need 2.0 water A large microwave-safe
bowl A microwave oven 1 package of ramen noodles, in any flavor A plate large enough to cover
the bowl Another small bowl 2.0 creamy or chunky peanut butter 0.5 tsp sugar 1.0 tsp
soy sauce 1.0 tsp rice vinegar or lemon juice and a scallion, or long green onion. Step
1. Pour the water into a large microwaveable bowl. Step 2. Microwave the bowl of water
on high for three minutes. Step 3. Using a dish towel to protect your hands, carefully
take the hot bowl out of the microwave. Step 4. Open the seasoning packet and add the contents
to the water. Step 5. Snap the block of ramen noodles in half and submerge both halves in
the water. Step 6. Cover the bowl with the plate and let the noodles sit for five minutes.
If you have a stove or hot plate, you can cook the noodles in a small pot of boiling
water for three minutes. Step 7. In another bowl, add the peanut butter and sugar. Step
8. Pour in the soy sauce and rice vinegar or lemon juice. Step 9. Stir with a spoon
until it's all well mixed. If the sauce seems too thick, add a teaspoon of the hot ramen
broth to make the sauce a little thinner. Step 10. When the noodles are ready, take
the plate off the noodle bowl and, using a fork to hold back the noodles, drain the broth
into the sink. Step 11. Pour the noodles in the bowl with the peanut butter sauce. If
you have sesame oil, add just a few drops. It's delicious, but too much will taste bitter.
Step 12. Using a fork, toss the noodles and peanut butter sauce together until the noodles
are evenly coated. Step 13. With a small knife or scissors, chop or cut the scallion into
little rounds and sprinkle it on top. Did you know There is a "ramusement" park in Yokohama,
