Boston Mess. Boston Mess is another version of Mills Mess, except it's all done in columns,
which means that the balls stay in a row and just bounce up and down while your hands go
underneath in the Mills Mess motion. What Boston Mess looks like and you should learn
Boston Mess after Mills Mess because it is harder even though it looks easier. I start
with the first throw as an outside throw straight up, like that. And your first catch is across
hand catch, you catch that ball. Okay. Now, after you catch that ball you'll notice that
you end up with your, this is, this is the sequence of the balls that are going to stay
in at this point, okay. So I throw in one up and I have red, red and white and white.
Okay. This is Boston Mess.
Okay. Now you'll notice it's, like I said, it's just like Mills Mess in terms of what
your arms are doing. So if you can get Mills Mess down, you've already got the hand motion
down. It's just a matter of doing this
without letting the balls bounce around and crash. So, Boston Mess.
