Hi I'm Rachel Dayan for Expert Village. Now we are ready to roll down the marzipan. We
want it to have a nice thin layer, we don't want it to break but it needs to be nice and
thin so we can cover the cake smoothly. Roll it all around so we are going to get a little
shape of a circle. If it gets a little wrinkle you should pick it up and straighten it down
cause those little wrinkles might cause a crack afterwards. Here we go. I think I have
a little crack here, I'm going to put it together, almost done. I think we are done. See. I'm
going to make a circle out of it, shape it so it will be nicer on the cake edges. I'm
using a knife to cut to make a circle.
