Hi, I’m Stephanie Ciccarelli, co-founder of Voices.com, and in this video, you’re
going to learn how to search for voice over talent at Voices.com.
Now, searching Voices.com for talent is as easy as doing a Google search. All you need
to do is go to Voices.com and enter in a descriptive keyword for the voice type you're looking
for and then click “search.” Within seconds, you'll see results featuring talent who meet
your query along with an audio player so you can hear sample voice recordings.
Looking for something more detailed? Conducting an advanced search gives you even more power
so you can search by language, gender, age range and union affiliation.
Take a look and see for yourself.
Just so you know, the age range category reflects the voice age that you hear on the demo, not
necessarily the professional’s actual age in years. Many people are able to change their
voices to sound older or younger.
If you want to learn more about someone, each professional has their own freelance profile
on Voices.com.
As you can see, voice talent profiles are designed so you can find the most important
information easily and learn about their experience, recording studio and turn around time. You
can also listen to additional demos and review feedback from other people who have worked
with them.
After reviewing a profile, your next step is to "Request a Quote." Requesting a quote
is the fastest way to move ahead with your project. In less than a minute, a private
invitation will be sent to your voice talent. In most cases you'll hear back from them the
same day.
In our next video, we’ll explore how to pay your voice talent.
