Thank you for joining me. This is Lisa Atkinson at SpiritLisa.com.
This is another one-minute meditation in the Micro Mega Meditations series.
This is called Conscious Breathing. We're only gonna do this for one minute. If you'd
like to go longer, feel free!
What I want you to do is sit straight in a supported chair where your back is supported,
your feet are on the floor, and everything is uncrossed: Uncrossed arms. Uncrossed legs.
This helps the energy to flow and it's best that your back is supported with a straight
spine.
If you would rather lie down or recline, that's okay, too, but make sure that you are not
crossing your arms or legs and that your head is upright in a straight spine position.
Now, let's begin.
Close your eyes.
Close your mouth now and breathe in through your nose.
Feel the air. How does it feel in your nose, in your throat, in your chest?
And exhale through your mouth.
We're just concentrating on our breathing.
Any thoughts that you have - just let them go.
We're only gonna be thinking about the air...that's coming in...your body.
Inhale through your nose.
And exhale through your mouth.
When thoughts arise, just watch them arise.
They can arise and dissolve light bubbles or leaves on the water. They can just float
away...
Stay with your breathing.
And let the thoughts flow...in your nose and out your mouth.
And that's your minute! One minute of conscious breathing, and I'm very proud of you because
this is the beginning.
Easy, right?
That was easy and you can find more free meditations by following this posting series and visit

See you next time!
