Daniel Castro and his family are among the lucky ones. They survived a train crash in
northern Spain last week that killed 78. After picking up their luggage from this police

CRASH SURVIVOR, DANIEL CASTRO, SAYING: "My boy has difficulty sleeping and doesn't want
to be alone. My baby daughter can't easily let us know how she feels, but she can't stand
loud noises and we can't raise our voices." The crash - seen here on security footage
- was Spain's deadliest rail accident in decades. The driver - Francisco Garzon - has been arrested
on charges of reckless homicide. On Sunday, a judge investigating the case was expected
to question the 52-year-old, who was hospitalised after the crash. He's looking into allegations
that the train was driving far too fast as it took a curve on the outskirts of Santiago
de Compostela. His is one of two official investigations into the disaster; the government
