Now you've signed up, you can complete your account set up and start using T Dispatch.
By now, you'll have received your login details, a user guide and 'first things first'.
Our system is designed to be as easy to use as possible, but it's still important to read
through these documents. As well as learning what we have to offer, you can find answers
to any initial questions you might have.
The first thing you'll see is the overview; it's like a dashboard of activity. Once you
start dispatching jobs this will fill up with information updating in real time, but for
now you'll see quick links to prompt you with your set up..
Let's start with your office location.
Just type your office address into this box. This prioritises location searches within
a certain radius of your office, making them faster and filtering out irrelevant results
across the country.
If you're based in the UK, you can also uncheck this box to use the Royal Mail postcode database
for more accurate results.
So now that you've optimised your search, you can go back and fill in the rest of your
company details.
These details are displayed on your invoices, and may be shared with customers via your
booking channels. You can choose what text is sent in client emails and SMS by editing
your messaging templates. We will be covering that in a later tutorial.
