ERIKA STORM WASSER: Today on INspaces, it
is hot, hot, haute.
The first two because it is excruciatingly hot outside to
the point where you have to ask yourself, have
I woken up in hell?
And the third hot, because we're going to escape the heat
and head to a celebrity ski house.
Yeah, we're cool like that.
But first, some other ways to get cool fast.
The Dyson Air Multiplier.
It's a bladeless fan.
I have no idea how it works.
But the up side is, they look great, one fan can cool an
entire room, and no one can do an obnoxious Darth Vader
impression into it.
The down side, they're pricey.
For $450, Luke, I hope you have a rich father.
If it's still too hot for you as a last resort, you can move
to Park City, Utah where the summers are dry and there's a
year round alpine slide.
And besides, everyone who's everyone is doing it including
Tony Danza and we're inviting ourselves over.
Who's the boss now?
Check out his mountain retreat and guess what?
It's for sale.
You in the market?
CRAIG REECE: This is the Tony Danza house in Park City, and
the house is 4,800 square feet approximately, four bedrooms,
four baths.
It's priced at $2,700,000.
The best thing about it, it's ski in, ski out and has
beautiful views and it's bordered by about four acres
of open space for privacy.
The Danza family found this property in the early '90s.
And we were having an open house here, and they skied in
to the home, walked around, saw the great amenities the
house had, fell in love with it, and bought it that day.
The ski access is right behind me here.
It's very easy to come right out the ski room which is
about 40 feet up here from the house.
And on the first level, you come to you have three
bedroom, and two bathrooms, plus a family room.
You go up about a half flight of stairs, you are going to
have a great room, the living area.
The great room has a very substantial rock fireplace.
And it burns real wood.
It's great, because from this area you can watch the roaring
fire in the fireplace, you can see the snow falling outside
at the same time, and it's a great gathering
place for the family.
So here we have the Tony Danza family kitchen.
It's a great area to congregate in the morning.
The family and friends sitting over here, they can watch the
snowfall from the outside through these windows, get
excited about the new ski day.
Then, of course, after skiing at the end of the day, they
can sit around here congregate and talk about how much fun
they had during the day while they were skiing.
Another convenient item of the Danza a home is the elevator.
It makes it easy to go to all four floors, you can load
firewood from the garage and bring it up, luggage,
groceries, skis, et cetera.
This is another unique feature on the Danza home.
I'm up in the master bedroom, and these barn doors can open
up, let some light in, and also they can talk to their
friends and family that are relaxing
down in the main area.
And one of the favorite parts of the house for the Danza
family is this wonderful hot tub.
It's easily accessible from the house with this nice wide
deck in the back.
And you're out, very private surrounded by trees and the
blue sky or the evening star, whenever you
want to be out here.
ERIKA STORM WASSER: So for all of you who really wanted to
buy it, bad news.
The house has been recently sold for
an undisclosed amount.
Better luck next time.
