What are you going to make? An Ayurvedic recipe, Guntagaragadaku Chutney
Ingredients required to make Guntagaragadaku Chutney
Guntagalagaraku (Eclipta Alba or Bhringaraja Leaves), Tamarind, Dry Chilli, Mustard Seeds, Cumin, Garlic, Curry Leaves, Green Chilli, Salt, Seasoning Seeds, Oil
Take a pan and add some chopped green chillies
Add the oil after roasting the chillies a little
Keep the fried chillies aside
Add the guntagalgara leaves (eclipta alba) into the pan
Take the fried leaves and some chillies into a blender. Add some tamarind, salt for taste, some garlic and cumin as well.
Grind these indredients into a paste
Take a pan and heat some oil
Add some dry red chillies, mustard seeds, bengal gram, white lentils, garlic, curry leaves and cumin
Add the ground leaf chutney into the pan
Take the chutney into a serving bowl
